RESET® is a Prescription Digital Therapeutic, a novel therapy prescribed by healthcare professionals to aid in treatment. It enables individuals to continue their recovery efforts using their smartphone or tablet, providing an avenue to acquire new skills and receive support at any time or place.

Recovery is a persistent journey, particularly challenging between therapy sessions when professional help may not be readily available yet remains essential.

RESET® is a 12-week prescription digital therapeutic suitable for individuals with substance use disorder undergoing outpatient treatment supervised by a healthcare provider. Proven efficacious during a 12-week trial period, RESET® is the first FDA-authorized treatment known to improve abstinence rates and retention (1,2).

Important Safety Information:

It's important not to use RESET® for urgent or emergency communication purposes, as it lacks features to send alerts to healthcare providers. For emergencies or self-harm concerns, please dial 911 or seek immediate medical attention. The app is targeted towards English or Spanish-speaking individuals with access to compatible smart devices and familiarity with app usage. Continuous internet connectivity is essential for regular data uploads. User authentication via username and password is mandatory; therefore, it's crucial not to share this information. RESET® does contain protected health or personally identifiable data transmitted while in use. It should complement rather than replace conventional substance use disorder therapy and medication adherence. The long-term abstinence effects post-12 weeks have not been studied, neither has its ability to prevent relapse after treatment cessation.
